Basic package price starts from € 2250. It includes the following services: Professional assistance for lodging paperwork with appropriate civil authorities in Italy. Nulla Osta to marriage legalized by Prefecture. Booking of your civil ceremony location, confirming date and time. Civil ceremony performed by Mayor or substitute in Italian. Official interpreter for the declaration and for the ceremony. Selection, management and coordination of all wedding suppliers booked with us. Complimentary assistance in booking your accommodation. Unlimited email, Skype, WhatsApp, Viber consultation with your wedding planner. Wedding coordinator on the wedding day (up to 3hrs). Two wedding witnesses for the civil ceremony (if necessary). Bridal bouquet and groom's bottonhole of seasonal flowers. Professional photoshooting up to 3 hours. Wedding program with detailed itinerary and timeline. Official international wedding certificate and its legalization by Prefecture. Express delivery of the certificate to your home address. VAT taxes, consular fees and wedding planning fees. The above package does not include the fee of the Town Hall. It varies from € 700,00 to € 4.200. Additional services: Flower decorations — starting from € 100,00. Art stylist for the bride at hotel (without rehearsal) — starting from € 350,00. Music entertainment for ceremony — starting from € 150,00. Music entertainment for reception — starting from € 500,00. DJ — starting from € 400,00. Romantic dinner for wedding couple in luxury restaurant — starting from € 180,00. Reception dinner — starting from € 95,00 per person. Gondola «classic» for wedding couple — starting from € 130,00. Gondola «royal» for wedding couple — starting from € 990,00. Venetian Galleon — on request. Accommodation — starting from € 55,00 per person. Payment terms and conditions:  10% deposit is required at confirmation of the basic package; 30% deposit is required at confirmation of all additional services; from 30% to 50% are required 45 days prior to the wedding day. the remaining amount is payable within 15 calendar days prior to the event by wire transfer or directly on arrival in Italy in cash (subject to prior agreement of both parties). We accept the following payment methods / money transfer systems:  bank wire;  PayPal;  Western Union;  cash.  Please, note  all commissions for money transfer must be completely covered by the sender.   Cancellation Policy: 10% deposit will be kept by our company in the case of cancellation of the package up to the prepayment of 30% deposit. In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services after the payment of the deposit and 45 days prior wedding day, we keep the amount of actual costs incurred at the time of cancelled services. In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services from 45 to 15 days prior wedding day, we keep all the deposit. In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services from 15 days prior wedding day up to the wedding day or in the case of “no show”, the total amount will be kept as a penalty.
