Ceremony Package (approx. 2 hours) includes: Live music before the ceremony while guests arrive Live music during the ceremony Up to 1 hour live music after the ceremony during the cocktail hour The song of your choice... I will learn up to 2 songs that is simply “your song”, that perfectly compliments your “walk down the aisle”, or “your first dance” to make it your very own and unforgettable moment … (I am happy to send you a recording of the chosen songs beforehand) Setup / Pack down time 45 minutes travel time from Byron Bay each way. Extras may include extra travel time/costs and extra songs. Payment: I will ask for a 50% deposit 60 days before the day of your wedding, which is non refundable. The remaining 50% can be paid in cash or cheque on the day or via bank transfer 2 weeks after the wedding at the latest. You will receive invoices for both installments. In the event of cancellation from my side (which has never happened) any monies paid by the client, including the deposit, shall be refunded. Equipment: The equipment is a AER acoustic amplifier which creates an absolutely beautiful, clear and warm acoustic sound at venues for around 100 people. It is also suitable for any outdoor venue like a beach wedding and can perform for around 3-4 hours without power supply. The equipment is easy to be setup and located at several different places during the day.
