This allows you to put together the big picture, but leaves the organizing to us. We provide a comprehensive review of your wedding plans to make sure that we understand what you want and that everything you've envisioned is on the list. Then we organize your wedding plan into a workable schedule, communicate with the vendors, and become the contact person to make sure things run smoothly. The Month of Coordination gives you time to step away from the phone calls and emails so that you can enjoy family and friends, and ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from beginning to end. Day of Coordination - It starts with a comprehensive consultation four weeks prior to the wedding. From there we go through a detailed timeline for the wedding day and will work to ensure that the vendors are coordinated and no detail missed. We are there for the wedding rehearsal the night before and all day of your wedding, we are the main contact for the venue and vendors so if they have any questions, you will not be bothered. We will be there to handle any last minute interference comes up. (It always happens) We are there to make sure the day runs smoothly, adjust timelines; this is only some of what we will do so you can sit back and enjoy everything you have planned!

A Consultation can either be a one time information session or on a monthly basis. Full Wedding Planning Services - We’ll work with you to create a unique celebration that’s as grand or as intimate as you prefer. You can bring your own ideas, or leave the ideas to us! Our expertise can help you find the perfect wedding venue, just the right vendors, and the detailed decor to celebrate your special day with family and friends. We work with a wide network of trusted suppliers whose work we know well, so nothing is left to chance. Our guidance and wedding planning experience means you can trust that the details are looked after so that you can relax and cherish the memories. For couples in the Comox Valley/Campbell River area or willing to travel north island, your Full Wedding Planning booking also includes a helicopter ride to a mountain top, lake or winery for you and your photographer! Eight hours generally covers most of your day: from getting ready until an hour or so into your reception, but coverage is flexible depending on your schedule. There is no limit to the number of photos you will receive, but the general minimum is 30 images per hour. They will all be edited to perfection and ready to print.

Our Essentials Wedding Package includes 6 hours wedding day coverage and an engagement session with full resolution digital files for printing and a beautiful large format 12x18-sized print. Six hours generally covers the end of getting ready until the beginning of the reception, but coverage is flexible depending on your schedule.
