No formal training at all in baking,skill has been self taught and honed by trial and error over the last 16 years.When I first started out all I had was a bowl and a fork with a tandoor to bake,it was years before an electric blender came to the market and another decade before I was able to save to buy my first commercial oven.

Have faced bottlenecks in every aspect while trying to establish my bakery in a small State that has endless power cuts ,indefinite highway blockades and constant non availability of raw materials.My love for whipped cream,detail,precision and artwork has harnessed my baking skills and helped me create elaborate and complex cakes for my customers.This long and bumpy journey has helped me lay down a strong foundation for my self owned bakery.
