NO Cut Off dates 2. NO Limit to the number of rooms that you can have (rooms are sold on a first come, first serve basis). 3. You will still receive a rate based upon the supply & demand of your particular date. 4. The Group Rate will be available until the day of the event (again based upon availability). 5. You will be given a group code so that when your guests call we will give them your discounted rate. The beauty of this procedure is that we are not limiting your group to just 10 to 20 rooms. As long as there is availability the group can book as many rooms as they need. Again it will be on a first come, first serve basis.
