Up to 10 hrs shooting still images - includes an assistant photographer for me who may also shoot some candid photos. I process and send edited best digital images to you via my website and on DVD (within 6 business days) I require a deposit of $2500 to hold a date. This goes towards total charge. Refundable up to 90 days from date held. The balance is required on the day of the wedding before I start shooting (or prior to the wedding day if that is more convenient).

Day of Coordination allows the couple to plan their wedding themselves, but gives them the assistance they need to finalize their plans and enjoy their day without worry. The package includes up to two months of planning which will ensure all loose ends are tied and every task has been delegated. YES, we can create a UNIQUE choreography for the song and dance style of your choice. And yes, our name says salsa, but we teach many other styles. Whatever dance style and song you have in mind, from Hip Hop or Bollywood to Ballroom, we can have you dancing with confidence. And we make it fun! YES, we understand you may not want to dance to the entire song. We will cut and edit the song to make sure you dazzle the crowd. YES, you’ll work with your dance instructor over four 1-hour sessions to learn the steps of your unique dance routine and get comfortable with it. Whether you are accomplished dancers or complete beginners, we’ll choreograph to your level of skill. AND send you home with a video you can practice your song to. Not living in Seattle? Don't worry, we can handle it! After a phone consultation with your instructor, he or she will choreograph a dance to your song, and create an instructional video you can practice to. We’ll get it to you, along with your custom-edited song, via Google Drive or DropBox. The Prince of Wales Package is an affordable, full-service package which allows couples to be as simple or elaborate as they want in their ceremony. Couples may choose either a Civil or Religious ceremony. Depending upon their needs and desires, they may wish to have just a simple ceremony or be more elaborate by adding a Unity Ceremony, or a Rose Ceremony, or custom written vows. In addition to the Wedding Officiant, every couple gets a Ceremony Coordinator to provide direction at both the ceremony and the one-hour wedding rehearsal. Two professionals, for the price of one . . . ensuring every couple has a flawless ceremony; the ceremony they have always envisioned!

The Queen Elizabeth Package is our full-service premium package which allows every couple the opportunity to design their own one-of-a-kind ceremony. This package offers two hours of in-person consultation with the Ceremony Coordinator who will assist them with designing their own unique ceremony and writing their own custom vows. Of course, couples may wish to include a Rose Ceremony, or a special musical selection, or a Unity Ceremony in their ceremony. This package covers it all! We know that planning and sourcing everything for your wedding can be time-consuming and stressful. Let us take care of it for you. Thank you for considering our band for your special event. We can perform as a jazz trio of keyboards, sax and drums or a 4-piece jazz band of keyboards, bass, sax and drums. If budget allows we can add a 5th musician with a guitar player, trumpet or female vocalist. We cover a wide range of musical styles to satisfy any age range and are LGBT friendly. All players in the band are in their 50's+ and have been playing professionally for 30+ years so we understand how to make any event a special event. We can perform background jazz, Latin and easy listening pop tunes for the first 1 - 2 hours if you are doing dinner./cocktails first. We can then dedicate the final sets to more upbeat music if you like such as swing, smooth jazz, ballads for slow dances and party tunes from the 60's - 90's. With well over 400 songs in our music library, I'm sure we can find the perfect combinations of songs for your wedding. If you have a special first dance song, let us know and we'll do our best to perform the song that day. Our PA would be available for announcements and a wireless mic can be used to walk around the venue if necessary at no extra charge. We can also play for the wedding ceremony with just piano or with the sax. Our flat rate is $200 for just the wedding ceremony with piano or if you add the sax it is $300 for the duo. Let us put a package together for you. Price for a 3-piece jazz band for 3 hours of performance for cocktails/reception . An additional hour of music would cost $225/hr. For a 4-piece jazz band for 3 hours of performance would be $1100. An additional hour of music would cost $300/hr. For a 5-piece band, please request a quote. This fee assumes the performance will occur within the Greater Portland/Vancouver city limits. Travel outside this area would be added to our quoted prices.
