2017 Rental Rates: Wedding Venue Rental: Rental includes the use of the grounds, shelter area and "The Cotton Barn", a 5000' square foot indoor facility with heat and A/C, bathrooms, food prep area, 200 white wedding chairs, up to 25 60” round tables or 25 8’ rectangle tables, outdoor bar, fire pits, wedding doors, other decorations, parking, etc. Use of the grounds the day of the wedding beginning at 8 am and must conclude and be vacated by midnight, including clean up unless other arrangements are agreed to by both parties in writing. Rehearsal practice includes up to 1.5 hours at a mutually agreeable time. "WARNING Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity."
