Upon arrival at Caticlan or Kalibo International Airport, please look for our representative holding a placard bearing your name or locate the Southwest Tours booth. Present your travel voucher and you will be assisted to your transfer vehicle.
Departure Procedure
Hotel/Resort pick-up time is usually set 3 hours or 5 hours before departure bound for Caticlan or Kalibo airport respectively. Kindly wait at your hotel lobby 15 minutes before pick-up time for our representative to easily locate you.
Important Notes
Baggage limitation is 2 pieces hand-carry baggage per passenger. Travel time from Kalibo International Airport to Caticlan Jetty Port is approximately 1.5 hours. Boat ride from Caticlan Jetty Port to Boracay Boat Station is approximately 15 minutes. Multicab ride from Boracay Boat Station to Resort is approximately 15 minutes.
