The role of the wedding planner is to plan side by side with the couple, in making arrangements for all aspects of the wedding…from engagement to wedding day Description of Services: Monthly consultations & via telephone/email Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed Assistance in selecting wedding party attire Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design, as needed Research & visits, including walkthroughs of wedding professionals and locations in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections Monthly check-ins Rehearsal supervision Provision of event timeline Ceremony & reception decoration set-up and break down On-site coordination and supervision at the event site and during the reception 1-2 additional assistants on site, depending on the guest count

Description of Services As a Coordinator, my role includes: Consultations with you via telephone/email Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections Provide a timeline of events to vendors, and all parties involved Management of the rehearsal Full service on wedding day (including set up and breakdown)
