What our Fee Covers. Our first meeting is free of charge and will last for a maximum of 2 hours. We will discuss budget, types of services you require, look at venues on the lap top and cover your ceremonies options. We will answer all your questions with regards to your wedding/blessing. After this if you would like us to take you to look at venues we would require a 300€ deposit this is non-refundable, but if you decide to use our services after viewing venues then this deposit will be deducted from our overall fee. Following your decision to use our services the following elements are what our full coordination package covers. Provide a budget breakdown and keep a close eye on the budget throughout our coordination. Provide a time line; this will help you with knowing what should have achieved at the various stages. Take you to view Ceremony venues, booking is always subject to your written approval After discussing venue options, we will take you to view a maximum of 5 venues that meet your requirements and budget; booking is always subject to your written approval. Introduce you to florists to suit your budget and venue Discuss decoration and if needed bring in specialist in the fields discussed and provide quotes and booking is always subject to your written approval Menu, discuss menus to suit your taste and budget, provide quotes and booking is always subject to your written approval Wedding Cake, discuss design and flavours, provide quotes and booking is always subject to your written approval Drink, supply quotes if needed and booking is always subject to your written approval Entertainment supply suggestions and quotes booking is always subject to your written approval Photographer, we will show you examples of photographers work to find out the style you prefer and then offer a photographer within your budget if possible, supply quotes and booking is always subject to your written approval Videographer we usually provide 3 options if possible, supply quotes and booking is always subject to your written approval Hair and Makeup supply quotes and booking is always subject to your written approval Transport, supply quotes and booking is always subject to your written approval. Liaise with chosen vendors booked by us Coordination with all your chosen vendors booked by us On the day coordination, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary to cover everything that will take place on your wedding day and our day will finish with your fist dance.

Our full wedding planning and coordination package and it includes: Complete venues proposal based on the client´s requirements including information, suitable locations for all the events, pictures and prices Venue viewing with the clients to show them the venues proposed Booking of venue, deposit payment and contracts; booking of church and civil registration (if applicable) Budget management: control of costs and price negotiation; payment of deposits and balance sheet Concierge service: guest’s accommodation at preferred rates, logistics, excursions, and activities while they are in Spain. Suppliers management: recommendation and booking of all the suppliers according to the clients specifications and budget; contact with the suppliers throughout the planning process to inform them about the development of the wedding. Food and beverage management: booking of the catering (if applicable); constant communication with the venue to organize all the F&B requirements; attendance to tasting menu; coordination with the venue to decide set up and list of material needed on the day; creation of lay outs plans; creation of function sheet. Organization of the wedding: running order of the event and suppliers Timeline of the event: a document including a detailed description of every "event" of the wedding including running order, suppliers involvement, deposits paid, remaining payments on the day. This document is useful to make sure that everything is under control and no mistakes will be made on the day. Attendance to all the meetings with suppliers Unlimited meetings with clients and family/friends involve in the planning process. Main contact point for all your guests through out the planning process Constant communication via email, Skype or phone (response within 48 hours) Wedding co-ordination until the end of the wedding (no time limits). The coordination is done by 2 people minimum to guarantee that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
