What our Fee Covers. Our first meeting is free of charge and will last for a maximum of 2 hours. We will discuss budget, types of services you require, look at venues on the lap top and cover your ceremonies options. We will answer all your questions with regards to your wedding/blessing. After this if you would like us to take you to look at venues we would require a 300€ deposit this is non-refundable, but if you decide to use our services after viewing venues then this deposit will be deducted from our overall fee. Food and beverage management: booking of the catering (if applicable); constant communication with the venue to organize all the F&B requirements; attendance to tasting menu; coordination with the venue to decide set up and list of material needed on the day; creation of lay outs plans; creation of function sheet. Organization of the wedding: running order of the event and suppliers Timeline of the event: a document including a detailed description of every "event" of the wedding including running order, suppliers involvement, deposits paid, remaining payments on the day. This document is useful to make sure that everything is under control and no mistakes will be made on the day. Attendance to all the meetings with suppliers Unlimited meetings with clients and family/friends involve in the planning process. Main contact point for all your guests through out the planning process Constant communication via email, Skype or phone (response within 48 hours) Wedding co-ordination until the end of the wedding (no time limits). The coordination is done by 2 people minimum to guarantee that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
